FEES:

Entry Fee: $150                  Post Entry Fee: $200

Entry Refund Policy: Full refund prior to the closing date less a $25.00 office fee. No refunds after the closing date. Changes to entry after the closing date $25.00 fee.

Stall Fee: $150 which includes stall cleaning feeNo stall refund after the closing date.

Other Fees:

Gator/four-wheeler/golf cart fee: $10 per vehicle to support DNR Trail Fund.  (Must be driven by licensed drivers only.  All off-road vehicles must display vehicle tag from the organizing committee.)  Tag fee to be paid with entry.

Golf cart rental in advance: $250.00.

Saturday Competitor BBQ:  $25.00.

Per night camping fee: $20.00 no hookups. Clinic fee $25.00.

Marathon:  Pinney deposit $25.00 separate check with entry please. After pinney return check will be returned at the event or shredded following the event.

 Camping Available:  No hookups on grounds.

 

Directions: From North:

Take I-95 South through Delaware into Maryland and take exit 109A (Route 279). Take Route 279 towards Elkton and turn right onto Route 213 North. Continue North on Route 213 to Route 273. Turn right onto Route 273 and continue on to Gallaher Road. Turn right on Gallaher Road and follow the signs to the appropriate entrance approximately one mile on the right.

From South: I-95 North to Exit 100, Route 272 North. Follow Route 272 North for 5 miles to Route 273. Turn right on Route 273 East and continue for 6 miles. Go through Routes 213/273 intersection at Fair Hill Inn and continue on to Gallaher Road. Turn right on Gallaher Roadand follow the signs to the appropriate entrance approximately one mile on the right.

Cones:  ½ hour after Dressage

Veterinary & Health Information: Negative Coggins within 12 months

DRESSAGE INFORMATION:

Dressage Tests:        Training, Test #4

 Preliminary, Test #2

 Intermediate, Test #2

Arena: Grass surface, 40 X 80m, VSE (30 x 60m).

 

MARATHON INFORMATION:

Type of Terrain: Gravel roads, tunnels, grass tracks, water crossings, woods, fields with moderately rolling topography.

Level:

Training: 3 sections,           12 km (4-5 obstacles)

Preliminary: 3 sections,      12 km. (5 obstacles)

Intermediate: 3 sections,    14 km. (6 obstacles)

VSE: 2 sections, A & E, not to exceed 6 km. and 6 obstacles

 CONES INFORMATION:

Grass surface, may include bridge. Clearance/speeds per ADS rules

 OTHER INFORMATION:

Awards Offered: 1-6 per class; other special awards

Miscellaneous Information: ASTM/SEI approved helmet recommended. 

All dogs must remain on leash.

ADS Medical armband for marathon.  Purchase from ADS.

Competitors may compete more than once on the marathon IF schedule warrants.
